At the FOD Justice departement, Gino was able to translate the requirements from a heteronic, difficult environment with lots of restrictions in a working architecture that was well designed. He thinks beyond scope limitations and and checks works towards a solution that is both feasable and cost-effective (time/money). Gino is able to really listen to his client and works well to get the good customer satisfaction.
In short, he has both the technical knowledge and people skills to get a good result.
